(1.1) Apply Credit Transfer Online at myPLS

Please take note that you need to upload the following documents online at myAeU:

(a) Credit transfer form

(b) Attach documents such as academic transcript

(c) Course syllabus and results

(d) Subject mapping

(1.2) Please take note that you also need to email the same documents (a), (b), (c) and (d) to the following three (3) email addresses: 

• shingoacademy@gmail.com
• records.registry@aeu.edu.my
• noor.akhmarisha@aeu.edu.my

Email of these documents are COMPULSORY and have to be submitted to Registry within 2 weeks after you have submitted your application online (via student portal: myAeU (Admin Services)(Credit Transfer).

Failure to comply to this requirement within two (2) weeks of your application will deem your application as LAPSED.

(2.0) Approved Credit Transfer (IPG Diploma to AeU BED BM)

(2.1) List of Subjects Approved (IPG Diploma to AeU BED BM)

(3.0) List of Subjects Approved (AeU Diploma to AeU BED ECE)

Notes:

• For those graduated with AeU GDECE
• Total Credit Transfer = 52 credits
• One Credit Tuition Fee = RM175
  Total fee for 52 credits = 52 x RM175 = RM9,100

The university only require student to pay RM2,600

• The university charges RM50 for each credit transfer
• Total payment = RM50 x 52 = RM2,600

Therefore, the student get the discount (save money)

• Total Discount / Save Money = RM9,100 - RM2,600 = RM6,500

Notes:

• For those graduated with Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Total Credit Transfer = 34 credits
• One Credit Tuition Fee = RM175
  Total fee for 34 credits = 34 x RM175 = RM5,950

• The university charges RM50 for each credit transfer
• Total payment = 34 x RM50 = RM1,700

Therefore, the student get the discount (save money)

• Total Discount / Save Money = RM5,950 - RM1,700 = RM4,250
